I was committed to go on a "Gratitude Walk." It was amazing. Here's what you do:
(1) Before you go to bed, write down 10 things you are truly grateful for
(2) The next day, take that list with you on a walk (choose a quiet place)

(3) During that walk, take out the list and start with #1
(4) Think about why that item is on your list and think of all the things that it has brought you in your life
(5) Continue on down the list.
It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend it.

Might need to try that in 3 weeks after finals are over (until then no matter how hard I try nursing tests will take priority in my brain)
It only takes 10-15 minutes... One morning, take Thomas to school, then pull out your list on your walk back.
